Yoga Oasis bills itself as a spiritual sanctuary for the body and mind. Tucked away in the Hawaiian rainforest on the easternmost tip of the big island, it offers organic fresh food, yoga, meditation, nature and general chilling out.

There are a number of ways to enjoy Yoga Oasis: most come for a good few days of yoga - others just for the night and a yoga session before a vitamin-packed breakfast. It is, of course, possible to stay without enjoying yoga - although you may as well make use of the great studio and expert tuition. Free time can be spent exploring the surrounding forest or, closer in, the organic orchard - the offerings of which are used to help detoxify the body.
