The Stone Roses are one the most influential bands to come from Manchester in the 80’s and have now re-united for a series of live dates in June 2012. They are back after a 15 year split and you can see Ian Brown, John Squire and the rest of the boys play live again in your choice of the two gigs at Heaton Park, Manchester on 29 and 30 June 2012 Ian Brown recently told the world music press "This is a live resurrection, and you're invited, so you better be there." – don’t miss out The band, who formed in 1983, released their first single two years later followed on by their highly acclaimed aptly titled debut album "The Stone Roses,". This saw them establish themselves in music history as well as being an ingtegral part of the “Madchester “ revelation and tracks such as “She Bangs The Drum” became one of the sounds of the decade. They will be playing tracks from their previous albums plus new material, which as yet is not relased – this promise to be the music event of the year so far !!!.
